It's very much like making a regular crane, except you fold something in the middle first that resembles a rose.

That's a very interesting twist to the crane! What a lovely detail. I have to admit I'm still not well versed at making origami roses

but, perhaps with practice I will get better! Do you happen to have a link to the instructions? I'm quite interested if you don't mind me asking^^
